We built it for our own agency first.
CJX didn't start as a product. It started as a daily frustration. We were running an insurance agency across five different platforms — one to call, another to text, another to take notes, another to look up the client, and yet another to keep everyone on task. Every conversation meant switching tabs and re-finding context that should have already been there.
So we built the system we actually wanted: one window where calling, texting, notes, and the client record all live together and stay in sync. We ran it inside our own agency before it ever had a name.
It worked. The tab-switching stopped, conversations got faster, and nothing fell through the cracks. That internal tool became CJX — and today we're opening it up to agencies of every size that want their processes to run the same way: simpler on the surface, far more efficient underneath.
