How we protect your agency’s data and your clients’ information.
Your data is encrypted both while it’s moving between you and CJX and while it’s stored. Sensitive credentials are never stored in plain text. We design every part of the platform so that information is protected by default.
Multi-factor authentication is required for every account, so a password alone is never enough to get in. Access inside the platform is role-based — Admins, Agents, and Staff each see only what their role allows — and sessions time out automatically after a period of inactivity.
Each agency’s data is kept separate from every other agency’s. Your information is yours; it is never co-mingled with another agency’s data.
CJX runs on established, security-certified cloud and telephony providers, and our internal access to customer data follows the principle of least privilege — only the people who need access to do their job have it, and that access is logged.
Calls and texts are carried over Telnyx’s carrier-grade communications network, and our platform is hosted on redundant cloud infrastructure with automated backups. We maintain a written business-continuity and disaster-recovery plan, and we notify agency administrators of any incident that materially affects availability. Specific availability commitments are set out in customer agreements.
We log and monitor security-relevant activity, review our code and dependencies on a routine basis, and perform security testing before major releases. Findings are tracked and addressed by priority.
We maintain a written incident response plan. If a security incident affecting your data were ever confirmed, we would contain it quickly and notify affected customers within 72 hours, along with the information you’d need to meet your own obligations.
We never sell customer data, and we never share your client information with third parties for their own marketing. Your agency’s data belongs to you — it is used only to provide the CJX service to you.
Our data-security practices are aligned with the federal GLBA Safeguards Rule and the Michigan Insurance Data Security Act, and our platform is built to support TCPA-compliant communications. We’re happy to walk prospective customers through our compliance posture in detail.
